Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the RaiXDevelopment website and services operated by RaiXDevelopment ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Services & Scope

RaiXDevelopment provides web development, bot creation, and related digital services. The specific scope of work, timeline, and deliverables for each project will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal accepted by the client.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • We may use third-party tools and services to deliver our solutions.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence work on any project.
  • The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion and before the final transfer of assets/code.
  • Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per week of delay.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client is granted full ownership of the final code and assets created specifically for their project. RaiXDevelopment retains the right to:

  • Reuse generic code snippets, libraries, and tools developed during the project for other clients.
  • Showcase the project in our portfolio, website, and social media for marketing purposes.

5. Revisions & Support

We provide a standard revision period (typically 2 rounds of revisions) during the development phase. Post-launch support is provided free of charge for 30 days, covering bug fixes only. Feature additions or changes after approval are billed separately.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RaiXDevelopment, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
